Inaugurate Coimbatore IT Park: In a significant development for Tamil Nadu’s tech landscape, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin officially opened the Elcot Information Technology (IT) Park in Vilankurichi, Coimbatore, on Tuesday. This modern IT park, which spans an impressive 2.94 lakh square feet, reflects the city’s ambition to establish itself as a prominent technology and manufacturing center. The park is designed to support startups and tech-oriented businesses, marking the beginning of an exciting phase of growth and innovation in Coimbatore.
A key moment during the inauguration was the distribution of land allotment letters to ten selected companies, allowing them to establish manufacturing units in the newly created Aerospace and Defence Components Manufacturing Parks in Sulur and Varapatti.
